About MacArthur High School Athletic Booster Club

The MacArthur High School Athletic Booster Club is a group of parents organized to support the student athletes and athletic programs at MacArthur High School. We strongly believe quality athletic programs enrich the high school educational experience. Our goals are to provide funding to support quality athletic programs, provide athletic scholarships for students, promote attendance at sporting events, and build school spirit within the student body and community.

The MHSABC is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, non-profit organization. We facilitate business by filing federal tax returns, quarterly state sales tax returns, maintaining a bank account, preparing and maintaining regular financial reports, and conducting regular booster club meetings for all sports,coaches and members.

No sport has an individual “membership” – MHSABC encourages all supporters of MacArthur athletics (parents, coaches, fans, etc.) to join the MHSABC.  Aside from a few maintenance funds (yearly rent for a mailbox and minimal bookkeeping supplies) all funds raised by Booster Club memberships go directly to all MacArthur athletic teams.
